Sarah has been married to her husband, Peter, for over three decades. They share their home with a springer spaniel and a big grey cat. They have three daughters, two sons-in-law, one grand-baby, six grand-puppies, and two grand-kitties! Her family loves traveling together, playing games (though we are more competitive than is actually good for us), cheering each other on in our life adventures, and just hanging out together whenever we can as we live in three different states.

Sarah grew up on a farm outside a small town in rural Minnesota surrounded by grandparents, great-grandparents, aunts & uncles, great-aunts & great-uncles, a dozen cousins, several dozen second-cousins, and even more third cousins. She has fond memories of searching for kittens, catching turtles, red-rover, tag, family Christmas pageants, and one Christmas where all the cousins got the same sweatshirt with a white stripe down the sleeves - just in different colors.
